Photos from outside of the windows and doors you want to replace, by WhatsApp or the form. Rough sizes help if you have them.

We come back to you with a price based on your photos. No visit needed at this stage.
Measure on site
When you decide to go ahead, we visit to measure every opening accurately. Your windows and doors are made to those sizes.
Installation
Old units out, new ones fixed, insulated and sealed, with your home protected throughout.
Final check
We test every opening and lock with you, finish the trims and leave the house clean.

It depends on the number and size of the windows, the material, the colour and the glass. Send us photos of the windows and doors you want to replace and we'll come back to you with a price. The final measurements are taken on site once you decide to order.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the job. We'll give you a clear timeline when you order, so you know what to expect before we start.
Do you need to visit before giving me a price?
No. Photos from outside are enough for a price. We visit to measure once you've decided to go ahead.
Do I have to be at home during the installation?
Someone should be there at the start and at the end, so we can agree the plan and walk you through the finished job.
Do you take away the old windows and doors?
Yes. We remove the old units and leave the house clean.
What guarantee do you give?
Palladio composite doors come with a 12-year guarantee, Apeer composite doors with a 10-year guarantee, and our windows with a 5-year guarantee. We'll give you the full guarantee details with your price.
