A window or door is only as good as its installation. This is how we work on every job, big or small.
The process
Five steps, no surprises
Send us photos
Photos from outside of the windows and doors you want to replace, by WhatsApp or the form. Rough sizes help if you have them.
Get a price
We come back to you with a price based on your photos. No visit needed at this stage.
Measure on site
When you decide to go ahead, we visit to measure every opening accurately. Your windows and doors are made to those sizes.
Installation
Old units out, new ones fixed, insulated and sealed, with your home protected throughout.
Final check
We test every opening and lock with you, finish the trims and leave the house clean.
On installation day
What every installation includes
- Protection firstFloors, furniture and the area around each opening covered before any work starts.
- Careful removalOld windows and doors taken out with care to protect the walls, plaster and reveals.
- PreparationOpenings cleaned and checked before the new frame goes in.
- Proper fixingFrames fixed securely and set square, level and plumb, so sashes and doors open and close as they should.
- Insulation and weather sealingThe gap around the frame insulated and sealed inside and out against draughts and rain.
- Clean finishingTrims, beads and silicone finished neatly, inside and out.
- Final inspectionEvery handle, lock and opening checked, and walked through with you.
- Clean-upOld units and packaging taken away and the rooms left clean.

Good to know
Do I need to move furniture?
It helps if you clear a little space in front of each window and door. We'll cover everything else.
Will the plaster around the window be damaged?
We take the old units out carefully to keep disturbance to a minimum. If any making good is needed, we'll explain it before we start, and it will be included in your price.
What happens to the old windows?
We take them away with us.
